Heat Game Day: Miami Heat at Memphis Grizzlies

A look at the tentative starting lineups and inactives (to be updated an hour before tipoff), as well as referees and a pregame note of note for Friday’s 8 p.m. game between the Heat and Grizzlies at FedExForum (TV: Fox Sports Sun. Tentative Starting lineups

MIAMI HEAT (11-16)

Center: Hassan Whiteside

Power forward: James Johnson

Small forward: Rodney McGruder

Shooting guard: Tyler Johnson

Point guard: Josh Richardson

Inactive: Dion Waiters, Goran Dragic. (Duncan Robinson, Yante Maten on two-way contracts.)

Coach: Erik Spoelstra.

MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES (16-11)

Center: Marc Gasol

Power forward: Jaren Jackson Jr.

Small forward: Kyle Anderson

Shooting guard: Garrett Temple

Point guard: Mike Conley

Inactive: Dillon Brooks, Jevon Carter, Chandler Parsons. (Yuta Watanabe, D.J. Stephens on two-way contracts).

Coach: J.B. Bickerstaff.

Referees: Zach Zarba (#15), Ron Garretson (#10), Ashley Moyer-Gleich (#75).

Uniforms: Heat in white “Association” uniform; Grizzlies in blue “Icon” uniform.

Pregame note of note: The Grizzlies have held all but three of their opponents this season under that team’s season average entering the game. The exceptions were Oct. 19 vs. Atlanta in the second game of the season, Nov. 27 vs. Toronto and in double-overtime on Nov. 30 at Brooklyn.
